Every plant that leaves our nursery is inspected to ensure good health and packaged with extreme care giving us full confidence they will arrive healthy and continue to thrive if given the proper conditions because these are delicated and sensitive plants they need special care that’s why these are rare plants. If you purchase bare rooted plants such as pinguicula(maxican butterworth) etc as discribed under particular plants sections then keep your potting media ready before plant arrival or buy potting media for it from our website for it. If plant arrives dead condition , please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package with unpacking video and photo documentation and after inspection we will offer a store credit or replacement as stock allows (see exceptions below). Please note, small defects such as a detached leaf, leaf tear, uprooted or minor yellow/brown areas on leaf edges do not qualify as dead or over damaged plant. *We do not except returns of live plants and seeds. What’s Not Covered: Customer negligence – We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect shipping address. We are also not responsible for damage if plants are left at a delivery or pickup location for an extended period of time, especially when it is extremely hot or cold. Please make arrangements with your local carrier for an alternate delivery time or pickup if necessary and acquire the package in a timely manner.

Please understand though that ongoing viability is dependent on the customer consistently meeting the plant’s needs. Product photos represent how plants look when mature or during peak growth periods. The plant(s) you receive may vary somewhat in colour, shape, size ,flower , nepenthes pitcher are depending on their age , climate , phase of growth cycle, and light availability. We do our best to note any significant changes on the individual product pages but please keep these variations in mind when ordering.

Accepted Method of Payment Visa, Mastercard, UPI, Order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. Charges Your account or credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your account or credit card will be refunded. In case you get plants dead on arrival , please contact us immediately in 24hrs with video of unpacking and image of proof. Cancellation Policy Crazy plants india believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to carrier(courier company) and we have initiated the process of packing or shipping. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the crazy plants india has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, holi, Eid, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer non live products, please report the same to us. The request will, however, be entertained once we checked and determined the same at our end.
